Absolutely terrible service. Ruined my wifes birthday. Mentioned 3 times to the server that it was her birthday and the server just shrugged it off like it was nothing. Not to mention tbe lack of airconditioning made eating there uncomfortable. Our server was very rude and stuck up. Stay away from this place.

Went to Red Robins and the building was warmer than outside. They would not seat us until half our party was there which was ok but once more people in our party arrived they said they could not sit us until they had more staff. That is horrible service. We left and went to Applebee's who seated us almost as soon as we walked in the door.

After waiting about 20 minutes we finally decided to leave. They have no air conditioning, they couldn't seat because they didn't have a server, and didn't even offer us any water. It was hotter in thethere than it was outside. Look at Applebee's here we come

I have been to this particular red robin probably 8 or 9 times and 2 of those times me and my family has gotten violently ill! Don't EVER eat at this Red Robin

Bread on my burger was kinda dry. Was pretty good other than that

Worst experience of our life my milk shake bring all the boys to the yard but there's did not it was melted..not only that but my fries were cold and cold frys suck

We just went in for dinner and had the absolute worst experience with our server. It was bad enough for us to not go back. No silverware, no napkins. Two servers took more than 15 minutes to grab napkins for us while both walking by multiple times. Got both of our orders wrong after waiting nearly an hour. Never had worse service.

The service is great and even when the restaurant is busy the waiters/waitresses do their best to get you seated, fed and taken care of. Im pretty sure the longest i waited for a table ever was 20-25 l minutes max. I enjoy the food and the customer service i recieve(d) was and is always outstanding and extraordinary. I would come back for sure and i would recommend this resaurant to anyone else as well.
