What is there to say! Burgers have always been awesome! In fact, all there food is great�
Excellent service. The waiter was attentive, kind and fast. My daughter and I had a great experience. The food was really good too!!
Worse service I have ever received. Went in to go get some food order a drink waited 20min never received it. Asked to speak to a manager she told me they were to busy. I later called to speak to a manager and he tried to justify that they were busy and that is why I didn't receive my drink yet I then asked to speak to a general manager and the "manager" told me he was on vacation until Saturday. I been in many and all been great till this one the service was bad we ask for water with no ice in one and she brought it with ice and didn't even introduce her self so have no clue who she was as she had no name tag we had to ask if we can have silverware and napkins when we finished she didn't even took our plates and offer to put our food in a to go box to finish up did not offer desert Just a big desappoment all the way
Worst service I have ever received from any restaurant, the waiter was very rude and disrespectful me and my friend were at the bar, waited 20 minutes for drinks, we ordered appetizers and our meal then a couple came oder their food while we were waiting for our appetizers a man also came oder beer and food. We waited for almost an hour before our food came, the man who met us there have his food before us and the waiter did not get our orders right. We'll never go there again the Red Robin on 320th in Federal Way.
I haven't been to this location since the waitress serving us lied about the contents of our drinks. They also lost an order for a huge table, delaying us and causing us to miss an important family event.
