GOOD food, good service , good ATMOSPHERE
Our server never showed up on our table after bringing our meals, my husband asked for another beer and she forgot to order it, and we requested extra fries at the beginning when she brought us the food at first and she never came back with them... so basically she served our food and never came back until I asked her for the check...didn’t even asked us if we needed anything este!! Sad..

My wife met with 10 other ladies for a birthday dinner, most of them being school teachers. The complete evening was an absolute trainwreck. 45 min wait. Not because they were too busy, but because they couldnt serve two large groups at the same time. One hour wait to get food. When it finally came, it was all cold and soggy. Some flat out refused it, most just ate a little to cover their hunger. Then it took 45 minutes to get their bill. The birthday girl was in tears over this disaster. Horrible and rude staff that incompetent and extremely slow Horrible slow service for to-go orders including dineing in, And never on time when it should be to make you sit around and wait. The lady last night was very un professional and treated me and several others pretty poorly. Won't ever step foot in this raunchy location again. horrible horrible serviceshame on you!
...first visit to this Red Robin ( usually Lakewood Towne Center location ) ... this was a nice experience, YUMM food, clean ...our server, BRE , was awesome ! ....very patient & just attentive enough... ...we'll be back ! ..Carol 'n Mickey
