Terrible service! Wrong fries brought out. Could not use the zioske to run my royalty card or split the check. Server ran our cards for the wrong amounts-not split up into what each of us ordered.
The service was terrible. We were there over an hour before we got our food and we were basically the only ones in the restaurant. Hated it
We've been to this location twice in the last month or so. Once, take out, the other, dine in. Both times fell way below standards. Food was subpar, drinks had large chunks of ice the size if 6 or more ice cubes. The manager came and said she's just been brought in to turn the place around. She was very nice and understanding, which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. We will give her another try a while down the road for this reason as well, or else we would not be back.

Always good food and good service at Red Robin in Federal Way.
Great burger and wings. Waiter was attentive. The only thing I noticed was food still on the floor in various spots. I feel the waiter assigned to that area should at least clean or have someone else assigned to clean up all the food debris left on the floor.
