Curbside pickup was very disappointing. Phoned order in and was told it would be ready in 17 minutes. Drove the 3.7 miles to the restaurant and no curbside parking available. Sent husband inside to pick up order and he had to wait another 10-15 minutes as order was not ready. Drove straight back home to enjoy birthday burgers and everything was lukewarm to cold and soggy. Requested BBQ sauce on side but was included on burger. I will return to RR when this pandemic is over for inside dining, but I will definitely go somewher... read more

This is my favorite restaurant to get burgers at all around the US. The burgers are cooked to your specifications. They are consistent in flavor and appearance! The menu has plenty of vegetarian and meat options!

we sat for over 10 mins and never got a glass of water. horrible service never going to this location ever again.
The hostess was rude and disrespectful.
