There was no one there because it was Halloween. Our server was good, orders were wrong, had to ask for what was supposed to come with order, table check out printr was out of ink, called server on table device, but he never came. Not impressed with Red Robin the last few visits and hardly go there anymore because of it.
Fantastic food....plenty of food and drinks. Also, great service, very attentive without being hovering.
Slowest service I’ve ever had! Got there at 730 didn’t leave until 945.... waitress was slow managers... non existent! Being a former General manager.... they need help!!
Restaurant is filthy. Service is ok, but won't return.
Me and fiancee had a fabulous time at this establishment. Will recommend going.
Had an amazing waitress, Nicole, she really made the meal worth while. It was my birthday dinner and she was amazing. I'll definitely request her the next time we go!
We have food allergies, and this chain does a fabulous job arranging their kitchen and educating their staff. It is one of the only restaurants where we can reliably eat without concern. The wait staff and managers are sooooo sweet, friendly and accommodating to us and our children. The food is yummy, too :), and unlimited fries are a big hit with the kids.
