Delicious food , great service, Tammy our server is the best.
Was pretty slow and not clean they are literally bringing you to dirty tables
Terrible service and dirty
I like Red Robin, but I will not be returning to the Schererville location. Our last 2 visits were bad. Slow service!!!!!!! We ordered the onion ring tower appetizer and they brought it out with the main meal. We ordered refill on fries and they brought out the baskets stacked on top of each other. The last time we were there, it took the server 10-15 minutes to come to our table. We told her that we were leaving, and she looked like “ok good, one less table”. My burger came served raw and bloody. Waitress was not helpful or offering to redo. Did not eat burger and she knew it. Wasn’t happy with service or quality.
They messed up our food and when it finally got it out and then they didn’t have my husbands food. We were all done eating and finally his food was ready. Our server never got refills and the manager didn’t even apologize for everything that got messed up.
very long waiting time and my burger was burnt to a crisp
i have been coming to RR since it opened and this is the first time our family has walked out before getting our food. we got our drinks and our order taken..... 45 min later as we're getting up to leave our waitress says that shes sorry but she was having trouble with her other tables. Not acceptable, we came in and there were maybe 10 tables full, two people behind us got their food before us. BETTER MAKE SOME CHANGES , or it may be the last time we come .
Recommendedalways good food and service, and the freckled lemonade is very tasty.
