I have had better service. It appeared as if they were short staffed and trying to catch up. We were seated within the 15 minutes they informed us of. The waitress was nice and tried to keep up with our table except she became swamped with a larger group next to us. She did ask another guy to come check on us which was great because we needed refills. We probably will avoid this place on Saturdays as it was busy. I hope they will look into getting more staff.
Well I have been there a lot of times but yesterday was not so good short staff Short on cooks made for a very long visit to endure we had 14 people there and Only one waitress who could not ( no way she could) keep up with all her other Tables but I'll keep going back great food sometimes take away bad days
It was over an hour to be served our meal. We had time to eat 3 baskets of fries and my brother drank 3 root beer floats before we got served. Then we got our meal, couldn't eat any more fries so we didn't touch the ones with our meal, but they brought us more fries as we were leaving. The lady next to us had been there before we got there, left after her third basket of fries. She canceled her order and paid for her drink. They didn't ask how we wanted burgers cooked. If you want to see the staff making out and showing inappropriate displays of affection this is your place. Management staff did nothing to put a stop to this. Totally inappropriate conversation and complaining to one another in front of the patrons here. I didn't come to hear their complaints about how unfair it is that someone didn't take out the trash.
