My experience at red Robin is always amazing the service the staff and the food is immaculate. Burgerbuff like me. They always have amazing food.one of my favorite places to eat.
Our food was cold and service was terrible the server came around only about three times. We ordered four burgers and all of them are cold from now on if you want good red robin food go to the Merrillville location.
Saturday night at 6.30, order taken, took a while arrive at table, only to find our burgers were tepid. Waitress was too busy singing Happy Birthday to every other table. Talked to the manager who offered to cook another order but by then we had lost our appetite. I offered to pay for our kids meals, the manager said she wouldn't charge for any of the meal.
It was good which is the opposite of bad. If it were bad then it definitely could not be good.
Burger King has the same shit NO wait...................
I always come here maybe twice a month, never have a problem. But today it was the worst! We waited on our food for over an hour. There was people that sat after us and they got there food before us. Top of that my burger was burnt! Tasted horrible. Very aggravated and upset! Not coming here no more, you lost a good paying customer.
