We went there tonight and everything was good. Especially the hamburgers. We have had problem in the past though.
This is the worst establishment in the world ,my daugther and grandkids went there after church Sunday. They spilled liguor on her and my granddaughter ,the glass broke and she got cut, they gave her a bandaid and some pretzels for her inconvenience. No they took nothing off her bill or offer a gift card. What kind of customer service do they train these people with. Great service with a smile and great food . Very busy there tonight but the the staff was awesome.
We went to Red Robin today for the first time in several years. We had quit coming to this particular establishment because of several bad visits, and today was nothing different. The wait was quite long for a small order. The food was dripping grease. We had to request silverware & napkins to eat with. The waiter never came to refill our drinks. We had to find our own to-go box. I will not be returning to eat here.
30 min wait, waitress forgot our food and the mgr asked me if she can talked after I informed her how bad the service was. Her excuse was that it's the busiest week of the year. So busy you are a waitress who doesn't bring food?! Not a good enough excuse. Never again.
Love the burgers and the endless fries- papa is working his way through each and every menu item- my favorite? The turkey burger the best anywhere- RR IS ONE OF THE ONLY PLACES TO CARRY A DELICIOUS TURKEY BURGER . Yumm
It's the best sandwiches . I should know I work at McDonald's , lol. Love the unlimited fries too
Thank you for honoring the veterans. Not just the complimentary burger and fries, but the bottomless thank you card and welcome from the manager really made us feel special.
