Terrible people were seated after us and they got their food before us there was five of them and just my hubby and I took 35 minutes to get our food!!! Then you know how they have bottomless fries my husband got like 6 fries with his sandwhich and they never came back to see if he needed more fries till he was done with his sandwhich just terrible will not come back to this red robin !!!!
Great gesture to run a Veteran's Day special to thank our service men and women....however, it would also be nice of you to staff your restaurant appropriately when you run a special promotion so you can properly service our Vets...your customers! Half of your restaurant tonight had empty tables, while customers waited to be seated. Even the Vets...two who I saw in your wait area that were clearly decorated with hats displaying their status...at least get their group seated and give them a beverage on the day you are suppose... read more
