Food was great! Manager came to table to make sure everything was ok and offered to fix any issues. They were small so no big deal. I've already been back there and plan to go again, the burgers are great!
We enjoyed the food. The waitress did a great job. She was busy and she helped us when needed.
I would not go to Red Robin in Schererville. Worst experience ever. Called the order in, then went to go and get it. They said they did not have it because they were having issues with their call center. Manager takes my order again, tells me they will put a rush on it and it should be ready in about 15 minutes. Plus she told me they would give me a discount. 45 minutes later I get my food and there is no discount. If I could give negative stars I would. I arrived 40 min after they opened, which means they weren’t all that busy yet. We waited for a hostess then waited for no less than 10-15 min for a server. None ever came. I was seen by at least two. I even put on the “call server” light on the table kiosk, still we never had a server come to our table. We just got up and left.
