HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! It amazes me how horrible service is, how do these people keep their job ?
They cannot get an order correct. Third time we ordered through DoorDash and messed up half our burgers by putting the wrong toppings and condiments on.
service is bad. Too expensive
Service was a little slow today.
Food was burnt then replaced burger had blood coming from it on one side
Poor service. Had to ask for silverware. It came out wet from the dishwasher on a plate and 2 knives still had food on them. Ordered the blue moon float which would have been good but was melted by time I got it. Had to ask the waitresses 3 times for it. Wrong appetizers sent to the table. Food took forever to come out and when it did was really over cooked. Burnt Mac & cheese and fish platter my FIL ordered. Normally pretty okay service but this time - pass.
The place really went down the shitter since our last visit!! If it’s under new management they suck. Will not be going back to the Plainfield location anymore.
Food was good but took forever to get order, had to ask for silverware, had to ask for S/P, had to ask for refills on drinks. Said something to manager and their response “sorry”.
