Been waiting 20 minutes to get sat when there are literally 6 empty tables in the bar. Let’s see how the service is when they seat this server all 6 at once.
Love the burgers and fries! With beer, of course. Very nice wait staff!
Service was a tad slow but it was busy that night. Burgers were excellent. A-1 food. My grandkids thought it was great. Will definitely go back soon.
Food was 5/5 server was a 1/5. She worried about talking more than serving(texting and talking to other servers). Ordered an appetizer and never got it. She never checked on us. I asked for a refill and she brougt me 2 drink so she wouldn't have to come back and check on us. Someone besides our server brought us our meal. Then he fixed the issue with our appetizer. Manager comped the app which was excellent customer service. I will return but I will make sure not to get that server again.
WELL, was told 30 min, asked at 40 min, said they will be cleaning your table, at 45 min still bussing the table. At 50 min I asked and when I mentioned you told s that 10 min ago, she sai “I didn’t tell you that”. 😫. Get seated, some empty tables. Tells me they aren’t adequately staffed. Thankful to have the means to have the meal, not impressed with the service.
