After waiting 30 mins to be seated when we were told 10-15 mins. We have now been waiting almost 10 mins and no drink order has been taken! 🤬 This is not going to good.
Always love eating at the Red Robin in Plainfield, In. Staff are great, food is delivered quickly, and always get new fresh fries refills. My husband loves the clam chowder. Never disappointed here!

Horrible experience tonight. When food was brought 2 of the 4 meals wrong. They remade the 2 wrong orders. When they brought it out the second time they still had 1 of the orders wrong. To fix it they shoved the missing toppings in the sandwich. Asked for fries they finally came when we was ready to go. No manager came out to say sorry, all we got from the waitress was I must of heard you wrong. You think!! When you get 2 orders completely wrong out 4 something is up.
