Only Red Robin I’ve been to that you have to argue to get your endless fries early with your meal. Horrible horrible horrible worst ever decision!!! Never coming back!
I've never had such a horrible experience at Red Robin as I did today. They weren't even half full yet we waited for 15 minutes for a table. Then another 6 or 7 minutes for the waitress to come to the table to take our drink order. By then we had already looked at the menu so we ordered it all at the same time. I love the the wraps, salads and the many choices of burgers. One of my favorite places to eat. Great service too.
Great food, but I wish I could have had a coke from McDonalds. The Pepsi was flat as it usually is.
Not impressed. Puny sized burgers not cooked the way I asked. Long wait to be served and for the food. Won’t be going back.
Went to the Plainfield Red Robin today for lunch. It took almost an hour to get our food and my burger was raw and cold. Wasn't even on the grill long enough to heat the inside. We waited so long, customers that sat down after us ate and left. The waitress never came over to check on us the entire time. While this seems trivial, she never offered a basket of fries while we waited yet, a family of 5 that sat across from us all received their own individual basket of fries within 5 minutes of sitting down.
