Super disappointed. My food took wayyy too long for two burgers and fries when the restaurant was not busy what so ever. Even my root beer float took forever. Second, I previously got an email from this location about 20% off military for the month of July. When I asked about it, my server told me that it wasn’t being honored and the email was a mistake. That was the only reason we went. Why would you send out an email when you aren’t going to honor it? Won’t be back!
Waited 15 min for drink refill got a chicken sandwich chicken was cold and bun was soggy

We visited the Plainfield restaurant. Once seated we immediately ordered our drinks and our food. While waiting for at least 15 minutes, no one brought a basket of fries yet other tables received theirs. Once our food came out, all of our fries and chips were covered in grease, even after requesting a new batch they were still dripping and soggy. Went tonight with family and our waiter was awesome! I wish I could remember his name. ( shaved hair on sides with a pony tail). He was super polite and made sure we always had what we needed. The food was great and service was fast!
Normally love their food. This time ordered to go.. big mistake. Pulled apart the burger to see it’s raw. Both sandwiches had the wrong cheese and were missing toppings (avocado, pico, etc.). Highly disappointed.
