RecommendedVery good, my friends had never been there and they loved it
Came at 9:30 and couldn’t get root beer floats and then they ran out of sweet tea horrible service didn’t even have menus to order nothing l. Drove an hour away just to eat never again get it together
My family and I visited over spring break. Used to be one of our children’s favorite places to go. My 16 year old said I would have rather eaten at home. It has really gone downhill for quite a while now. We will not return.
Was there at 11.. We waited forever to get our food .. my granddaughter has celiac's disease and the food they gave her was not gluten-free so they had to send it back and we had to wait another 20 minutes.. Wouldn't been a really a big deal but we were there at 11 AM we were the first ones in..

Was just there getting my birthday burger. Slow service. When the server came I asked for the SugarFree Raspberry Lemonade. I placed my order and when asked how I would like the patty's cooked, I said well done. I also asked for a side of the campfire sauce .As I am sitting there the server brings the drink. It was ice tea, not Lemonade. when she brought my food , I ask her what the drink was, and she said Raspberry Tea. Not the SugarFree Raspberry Lemonade. I got ketchup and not campfire sauce. Website issue not able to place order. Had to call order in, not fan of the auto system. Several options letter to get to live person. Just to be told I could go online to order. Then place order and still need to wait additional 20 min on top of the 45 total dealing with the website and phone system. Place the order for my father in law. This is our first time with red robin and will be my last.
Burgers are The Bomb....Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries...Yummy....
