Thank you Brandy Walker and the entire Red Robin, Turkey Creek team. You made my day when you agreed to deliver a New Year's day meal to my friends Sherri Trevathan Aagenes, Martha Trevathan and the rest of Dillon's gypsy camp at UT Medical Center. You made it so easy to convey their order - accommodated allergy & nutrition needs and coordinated the delivery with Sherri. Left there 15 minutes ago, after being seated we never saw anyone so after waiting at least 5 minutes for someone to come by we left. I have not been here in years and it's doubtful I will be back. Went down the street to Big Daddy's and so far the service has been great.
Very over priced! Small portions. Service was just OK.
So, I see more good reviews than bad. Ask for me when you come here and I will guarantee good service.
Going downhill quick. Awful service, awful food (when did Red Robin switch to bowling alley chicken strips) and watched the assistant manager sit flirt with the hostess rather than do his job. I hope someone steps in before this place gets worse.

We had a great young waitress named Delaney. She was fast, professional and VERY friendly. She showed us how to use "Robin"(the new electric tablet at the table)to order and pay and play games on. I also have a Gluten Allergy, I asked if they had a GF menu. She went and got a tablet and pulled up the Allergy menu so I could see what foods would work for me. Thank you for that. Not many restaurants have a GF menu!! Love This location we have always had Great service here! YUMMMMM!!!
