This was a terrible experience. My husband and I were seated fairly quickly. However we sat at the table for about 4-5 minutes without a server. Several passed and never acknowledged us. This was while a manager and hostesses stood 100 ft from us talking and goofing off. This was after we left the Steak n shake down the road that had done the same thing.

We have never had a bad meal or visit here. Everyone that's ever waited on us has been personable & top notch! Banzai burger is ahhhhhmazing!!!
Yes, your menu item are decadently great, but your new reward program sign-up is ridiculously complicated. Why couldn't the greeter or the server just hand us a plastic card? Now I have a 12 digit number on a text message and no way to attach to a card. Lets don't even talk about the loyalty website that keeps forgetting I've registered. *sigh* No more loyalty rewards for me.
Service was good, but $9 classic cheeseburger & $3 soda didn't meet the price. The bun was no better than McD's. Broccoli side dry, ultra bland, barely nuked & not too fresh. I was able to get medium rare burger though.
Food wasn't bad but not what i expected from red robin. The service is horrible. Had to ask for silverware more than once and napkins also got my burger and had to send it back because they put stuff i asked not to be on it. Still not sure i got the right burger because i ordered the bigger version of my burger and it was the smallest one in the table. Also the endless fries I'm still waiting on as i sit here... I want be back at this restaurant.
5 stars for the food, 1 star for the service at the Knoxville Turkey Creek location. The servers act as if they don't care. The last time I was there, I practically had to beg for silverware (after we received our food) and we were offered no refills. .I've been there several times and it's always the same. Management needs to get on the ball and train their employees, This is something I would expect at McDonalds.not Red Robin.
Bad service foods was mediocre and women's restroom had no toilet paper. Then they claimed they were out of fresh mushrooms and the frozen mushroom appetizer. Poor management on the part.
Thanks for the ridiculously rude security guard outside screaming at people and threatening to get us arrested while searching for the hidden cash. Way to ruin a cool event. Thanks Red Robin, you all are on the same level as Comcast.
