Bonzai burgers are the best, along with sweet potato fries...YUM YUM YUM!!! Wish Maryville had a Red Robin.
Service was great and we were seated immediately. Could not ask for more.
It was awesome I had the southern charm and sweet pot fries and gingerbread milk shake it was wonderful
The food was great,and the service was good but it took them a hour to bring out our food but again it was a day before Christmas Eve, and everyone was getting there last min shopping done so I understand that they were busy,and we would have to wait longer for our food!!
The place was freezing! My food got cold very fast so it was very hard to enjoy! Appetizers came just minutes before the burgers. Got my burger and it must have been a off night because it was made wrong. This was my seocnd time the first the food was better. Both times service was slow. To bad because this place has potential of being very good!
2nd visit. Still unimpressed. Someone needs explain the term "bottomless" to them. Unless you wish to chase down someone, they wait 5 to 10 minutes after you've eaten to ask if anyone would like to have another "small" fries. (and I don't even really like fries). Food isn't bad, prices are high and 5 Guys has better burgers and fires. I would rather go somewhere were we order the size we wish and don't have to feel like we are begging. Also 1st visit was even worse.
We're on the royalty program and we make a point every year to take my son there for his birthday. The burgers were great, as usual, and we got my son his free burger. I was disappointed that they didn't do the birthday song and shake that they've done every year up until now. He won't say it, but I think my son was disappointed too.
Service was a little slow but the food and drinks were awesome.
My order was messed up twice. When I asked for it to be corrected the second time, the waitress called me rude. I love Red Robin, it I will NEVER be back to this location. There is no excuse to treat a customer that way.
