The burger was dry, and then they tried to overcharge for it and got irritated when I brought it to their attention. I ordered one of their 6.99 burgers and they tried charging 13.49 because I ask them to leave the tomato off....Really but the sweet potato fries were good.
Service was kinda slow food was ok a little messy. No unlimited fries never asked and hurried up and took our trays.
My first time eating here. My friend salad came out wrong 6 times, my fries came out cold and old. The best thing I can say is our server Tiffany was amazing to our group of 10! She did a wonderful job as a server and kept apologizing for the kitchens mistakes.
The food was/is great. Had more than I could finish. Our server was on key with napkins and drink refills. Definitely worth the price and drive.
Usually have good experiences at Red Robin. This last time we went, Saturday night, there was a long wait. We were seated and told our waitress would bring the high chair, then she came and had no idea we needed one. So we had to wait a while for that as well while trying to hold the baby who was getting antsy and our two older kids were hungry. She came, took our drink orders. Usually good but this last time the service was horrible.
Not impressed on this visit. Ordered one of the specialty burgers that was supposed to have a potato cake on it. Came out with an onion ring. Asked the server and he comes back from kitchen and says they're out of potato cakes. The kitchen just decided to substitute the topping without asking or even saying anything about it. The fries were at best lukewarm. As you got to the bottom of the fries they were just cold. Will think twice about going back at $15 for a burger that wasn't even right.
Love this Red Robin! Always have the best service when there!
I liked the atmosphere, but wasn't a fan of the beef. Looked and tasted like a frozen patty. Definitely not worth the money.
