Our family was treated so rudely by the greeter, that we just left before we were even seated. Our family has always loved this location, but will likely not go back. Fudruckers got our business tonight and their customer service was top notch, even though they were busy as well.
The burgers were delish ,but the service was slow,slow,slow. We also loved the fries, which are supposed to be endless, but it took forever to get.
Our server Natalia was amazing. Recieved top notch friendly service.

We had the best burgers we have ever eaten. Our server was very friendly and on top of things. Not only was the food amazing we were served quickly. Can't wait to go back.
The Bun had a weird old taste to it, the meat patty was small and undercooked. The bacon was not enough. You would think for $13.00 lunch should have been much better, not as good as Steak out or Hardies, and nowhere as good as Cook Out at half the price. I will not be back.
Where to start. Fired pickles were burnt. Got more and not much better. Bug in glass of water. Unclean fork. Cold sweet potatoe fries. Worst one I've been to.
WOW!! What a disappointing meal, less than average service, order was wrong was told correct item would be out...never arrived, dirty glasses and plates from appetizer not picked up left on table for whole meal, disappointing for how much it cost! Won't make that mistake again.... then to top it off the server never came back to our table but had the "ziosk" so we looked at our bill laid cash on the table tipped him anyway started to leave when he yelled to us that the light was still red he didn't see the money on the table... read more
First and last time we will visit. Sat at a table with straw wrappers balled up. Waited 20 minutes for a server to speak to us. I ordered unsweet Tea. After another 12 minutes he brought our drinks. I notice there is no artificial sweetener on the table so I ask for some Sweet and Low. 10 minutes later I give up and go ask the hostess to find some.
