I always try to have lunch at Red Robin in Knoxville when my friend and I go shopping. They have the best food ever and the restaurant is such a pleasure to sit and eat in.I love how they remodeled it.
I wasn't real hungry. I ordered the very small Hamburg. It was overcooked and smaller than a McDonald's burger. It was also 7.99 .....the fries were great.
The burger was very good as was the few fries you get and was never asked if I wanted more "bottomless" fries. Absolutely overpriced!!!!! I have had way better in a bar/grille/tavern at an extremely cheaper price. Personally won't go back because of the prices.
Being from SEATTLE this initially brought us hopes of home. Unforfunately, our choices were thin, what we ordered was expensive, but more importantly the food was overly SALTY! My sons grilled cheese sandwhich was so salty he would not eat beyond 2 bites of it; so I tried it, and agree. My burger was impossible to get down half of it due to salt and block pepper. I had chicken sandwich and husband had burger.burger better thac chicken. Fruit salad was wonderful, bottomless fries great.
This chain has become confused on its purpose. You ARE NOT a bar! Stop trying to be a bar and just serve delicious burgers. The "bar side" was almost empty and they made families wait because they wouldn't sit anyone under 21 on the "bar" side. Ridiculous!
This restaurant has done a complete 160 since a change in management. Seldom do I get a burger that isn't cooked the way I like it. Staff has always been friendly. Excellent customer service.
