We were there this past Friday. My husband and granddaughter had never been, I've only been to one once back home in Illinois years ago. Our server was great. The food was wonderful. We sat in perfect view of the window where the food was being expedited. I commented to my husband what a great job the young man expediting was doing. Super smooth flow, he knew what he was doing. Only problem was, his pants hung halfway down his behind. He didn't wear boxers, but boxer briefs or regular bvd's, so you could see the exact curve ... read more
Flavor of the food was good and fresh, service was prompt and friendly. Burgers were pretty messy, lots of sauce and other liquids pouring out. A little overpriced but not too bad!
I liked the sweet potato fries. Food was good service could have been better brought me regular fries instead of sweet potato fries on my refill an another waitress brought me my SWEET potato fries
Burgers are great, but fish is so good that's what I usually get... as usual IDIOT management doesn't have enough help coming in, so the hostess will tell you there's a 15 minute wait when the place is 1/2empty 1/2hour after the place opens--unacceptable stupid policy
Everytime I go the service is at best mediocre and the food about the same. The only reason I go there is my friends get a free birthday burger. I've never had a good experience there and would not recommend it.
As Red Robin club members my friend and I got our free birthday burgers last night...The wait to be seated was less than a minute and our server (who was working a very busy section) kept up the best she could....however while I love Red Robin, when 6 people are asking for more "bottomless" fries and they bring you all of 12 fries that is not exactly bottomless....just saying
Took my wife there for Valentine's day dinner and was absolutely disgusted after taking a half hour to be seated our waiter was very unattentive had to ask several times what we needed then my burger was way over cooked tasted like it was cooked in the coals absolutely disgusting waiter never asked how our meal was I still gave him a 10 dollar tip because I'm a true believer in tipping no matter what I've always had a great time and had great food at this red robin but this time sucked on such an important day.
We had a wonderful chicken sandwich...called the bees knees? It was a great version of chicken and waffles. Noah our server was attentive!
Slow service and cold food with a big price tag. In other words....IT SUCKED
