Service was mediocre, when we finally got all our food, because my wife’s burger was not the way she wanted it was okay. Not very happy about my first experience. We also had to ask for drink refills and extra fry’s, but could have been worse the food could have been bad.
Don’t waste your money on this place. We had a party of 6. 5 ordered beef burgers and one ordered a veggie burger. First, the veggie burger came with a slice of bacon on it. Oh how nice! The other 5 are wrestling each other for the restroom. What a joy! This was an absolutely horrible visit and to beat it all it was for my autistic sons 8th Birthday! First all the server was nice but kinda on the rushy side of life! Ordered the pretzel bites...the cheese was lukewarm and the pretzels were over cooked (tasted like the grease is old as well)...I had sweet potato fries n the pulled pork on chips...the fries were ok but once again over cooked, the pulled pork was ok but they loaded it with onions after I said No onion, so needless to say that didn't get ate! Took my friends out for some burgers and endless fries. I always fill up before getting endless fries. Ashley was our server and did an outstanding job. First time there and as always at Red Robin i received great service.
