Overly priced for the quality of their burgers. Wasn't impressed, at all...
RecommendedRed Robin is budget friendly. you can eat there for around 20 bucks including 2 tavern burgers w bottomless fries and of course a tip. its alot hetter than McDonalds "gourmet burgers" lol — with Sapphira Hartley.
Awesome gluten free bun to go with my burger!
Was a minute and a half away, called to see if there was a wait. Was told no. Got there, a minute and a half later, and all of the sudden, there was a 20 minute wait. Girl at counter was extremely rude, giving a smart look and answer. Management was made aware of this poor service in the past, yet nothing has been done.

There is a reasonable variety of healthier food.
Food awesome, service average...IT issue and all computers knocked out and could not use my loyalty card to get my 20% off coupon and won’t get credit for the purchase at all. I understand the network outage is a very challenging situation but it should have been handled better, where was the manager at?? They should have been very visible and speaking to every customer thanking them for understanding and maybe offer a free drink but there was no manager visible and employees not apologetic, it is not their fault but they ar... read more
