Omg. Absolutely love the burgers♥ Fries were great, however they were nothing like endless fries..didn't get but 8 with my burger and hubby got about the same and when we asked for more the waiter only brought one basket back and it had around 12 fries.. Disappointed on that part...however will go back and see how it goes next time with the fries...:)
Service was great. We had a great waitress we didn’t even have to ask it’s like she knew what we needed. Food was also great.
Always good, just wish they'd build one in Sevierville or Pigeon Forge.
We were seated almost immediately, less than a minute. Our server Delaney, was cheerful, and answered our questions about the menu. She returned with our drinks, and made rounds to others, with refills, and more fries. Then back to us, she remembered what I was contemplating and made a suggestion that was perfect. I went there for my birthday burger. It was a very pleasant experience. The wait person was able to look up my Red Robin Royalty account there. I recieved very prompt and courteous service. The fries were excellent, slightly crisp and not greasy. The only thing that disappointed me was the burger patty. It had a squared off smooth edge and was flat on top and bottom. It appeared to be a manufactured frozen patty. I feel a place that specializes in hamburgers should have hand made patties.
The food and dessert were good, service was great.
We had a awesome experience at Red Robin! We walked in they said 20-25 minute wait it was only 10 minutes. Desiree and Ashley were our waitresses and they kept checking on us if we needed anything and gave us our military discount. We will eat there again. I love it a A+.
