Service and food are getting worse at this location. Never coming back.
Great place to get a wing fix, and I love the happy hour prices! Bar staff always have smiles and a welcome hello.
This is an excellent location but that's as far as it went. Stood at hostess counter for a long time before being acknowledged. Waited forever for my meal. Wanted refills and several waitresses walked past or stood by at counters doing nothing but looking around. Fingerprints alk over the partition glass and the manager wiped the top of small counter off never asking how my meal was or did I need anything else. Horrible food! 🤮 and We waited an hour to get our lunch 🤨 The waitress was very nice so I left a tip. But won’t ever go back!
I like the Sherwood Red Robin. The food is good, the workers are very pleasant, and I enjoy going there.
We went last night: little slow to be seated but service and food was great (must of had different cook than previous reviewer......).we’ll be going back. 😉
