RecommendedStopped in to have some burgers. Food was great but the service was outstanding. Aaron our waiter and the other two waitresses, didn’t catch their names, were absolutely fantastic. No waiting on drinks or our food. I appreciate great customer service and that’s what we got!!
In town for a softball tournament and we had a very large group arrive on Saturday July 30th. There was a sign on the door that said that they will be closing at 9pm due to short staffing and we arrived shortly before that. They still seated us and let us stay after they locked the doors. I’ve never had a bad experience here! Great service, even when super busy the wait was only about 20min. The staff has always been super friendly and very courteous! Great customer service! And the food.. the food is always amazing! I’m so many different burgers! But so many other options also available. A little something for Everybody. Average prices, for great food. Definitely great for family dinners, date nights, or any other occasion! We have been going for years and will continue to!

I've been coming to this location for over 15 years. It's sad to see the quality slip so far. I placed a to-go order around 1:45 and the website said to pick it up about 2:05. Perfectly reasonable. I picked up the order and found a parking spot, started eating just a few minutes after getting the food. It was immediately clear that the order had sat out for quite some time. I normally love Red Robin it’s or it was one of my favorite places to eat but this evening the food was tasteless and I had to return my pretzel bites because they were barely warm and the cheese was basically cold so I got new ones that were hot but they were burnt and the French fries were also burnt and my friend asked for new ones for us but only replaced hers and I had the regular cheeseburger and it was tasteless then my granddaughter had the corn doggies and they were so burnt that the hot dogs were burnt so to say th... read more

The staff and food were both amazing! The staff was so accommodating and still created a good atmosphere even with all of the county restrictions. The food was also as good as ever!
