Well I wasn't going to post anything I guess because my experience was great? Shame on me. My mom took me there for my 57th birthday last night. We had a great time. The food was delicious and our server Linda was a doll. Sorry you have so many bad reviews but for me and my mom it was great all around. Thanks!
Waited 20 minutes for our table which was ok for a Saturday night . Order the refillable root beer float and had to ask for it twice after our food came. Asked for a refill didn't see it ever. We paid our check and asked again , finally got it in a to go cup . No offer to refill fries, didn't get the side of ranch that was ordered with the meals. Waiter seemed overwhelmed and unsure . I remember now why I almost never come here .
Food took forever, service sucked, this location smells horrible and I will never be back here if I can help it. Red Robbin is a crap hole in my book. YUCK!
Waited 15 minutes for a table when the restaurant wasn't even half full. Once we got seated we made eye contact with every staff member that walked by for the next 20-25 minutes just to be ignored. When the family a table away sat down they got served immediately (10 minutes after we'd already been sitting there), their server looked at us and walked away, returned with their drinks and walk away again to go check on another table. Decent place with a decent wait for burgers and bottomless fries that my kids love to put to the test
Red robin, where you never get your bottomless fries, your children's macaroni is served cold and half empty, and your "over medium" egg on your royal red robin burger has a barely over easy egg. We won't be returning.
