Food was excellent, but service was lacking. To be fair, it was the lunch rush but it took 15 minutes for them to take our order. I witnessed quite a few orders backing up under then warming lamps as well. A refill on fries and drink took a very long time as well. They apparently do not have the staff necessary for lunch and dinner rush.
They have the best hamburgers and chicken burgers it's a great way to watch a football game. We love the Sherwood branch they have lots of parking. . And there staff is awesome.
Our server Kristen C was spunky and sweet! She had a great sense of humor and was very organized. She even made my brother impressed who has been in the industry for 12 years. She was a great server and we will go back to sit in her section again!!!!
4th time there...my food good, my daughter never got her drink and no sauce for her chicken skewers.
Great food, excellent service and great company, what else could you ask for. Our lovely waitress even took photos of our group with two separate cameras, after she had gotten off and was headed out the door, thank you Sarah!
