Very slow and terrible service

Called in order at 6. Told 20 min... I arrive 625. Finally acknowledged 635 with a I'll pet them know your here to pick up.. no asking my name.. nothing... No order as of 647... a lady picking up before me called in her order at 530.. ju as y now left it.. this is not correct customer service.. will not be back again!
Tell us 20 minute wait. And 30 minutes later still no seat. Worst customer service ever
Waited 20 minutes to be seated when there were empty tables everywhere, almost another hour before our food came out which had obviously sat under heat lamps for a lengthy amount of time because it was dry and almost inedible. The pretzels had been microwaved. Sever seemed nice but took forever to get drinks or refills. Every time I come here it’s just an all round unpleasant experience. Same issues every time. This was my third and last time.
They made us wait ten minutes to be seated on a Sunday at 4:30 pm. After seated we waited 8 minutes for server she came over said sorry it took me so long what would you like to order. Not offering us drinks first. My wife’s chicken on her salad was saltier then the popcorn she just had at the movies. We had no table top machine to pay the bill. When my wife told the server she replied “ did you want me to get you one?” The one she brought was so filthy that my wife had to go wash her hands to get the stickiness from the mac... read more
