For the life of them they cannot get their to go orders straight. I have tried several times to order to go from them and they claim that’s what’s in the bag when they handed off but when we get home and we open it it’s somebody else’s order almost every single time.

ok so after a 12 hour shift I wanted a nice meal so we decided on Red Robin well my wife went to pick it up when she got home we started eating the chicken was so chewy we tried putting on a frying pan and it just got more chewy dont ask I dont know how that happens... worst food ever it was gross all I ate was bread a d fries. overall just gross.
Great service the only thing is couple kids were out of control
Worst experience there tonight. Burger and Cobb salad took 40 minutes to be made and then the burger was cold. Had to ask a manager for a refill of Diet Coke. When manager asked how things were and we told her..she left and never came back. Will NEVER return ever again!
