How do I email the manager? Something something darkside
Horrible, horrible, horrible service and mediocre food. So sad since my kids love coming here, but sad to say we likely won't be back. Wait times of 30+ minutes when the dining room is empty, waiting 20 minutes just to be acknowledged by wait staff and another almost 45 minutes for food... What a joke! They used to cater to families and it was amazing, now not so much. With so many other dining choices coming to Sherwood it's a shame Red Robin can't get their act together and stand out.
Waited 10 minutes for our waters,45 minutes after that to get the food. We were there for an hour before getting our food so I asked to get it to go and they don't understand why, well it is hard to entertain a 1 year old baby for over a hour of waiting then eating. One burgers one salad not that hard to make. Should take 25 minutes at the most.
They now have these screens on the table I guess to order...or call your server over...we sat at the table for 25 minutes. .no one came over...I had pushed the button on the screen for our server to come over....the screen was blinking red and NO ONE cared....finally after 20 mintes of nothing....a server came and asked us if we wanted drinks....At this time she took out entire order...foood & drink I asked for a lemon in my water...NO lemon...my son asked for NO whip on his shake...yes...you guessed it...he GOT Whip...we ar... read more
When you have a 5 & 1 year old, you can't really afford to wait 30 minutes for your beverages. Add an unapologetic server and you have earned a family that will more than likely not be returning to your establishment. It's a shame with so many other burger restaurants opening up.
Love the burgers and fries. The Whisky River BBQ burger, salad, chicken burger are some of my favorites. 95% of the time we have really good service. On the down side, what's up with not being able to get fries before your meal anymore? We all ordered burgers, but the waiter told us we can't get fries before our meal while we waited. Also, 2 of us wanted refills on fries and the server told us that he can only bring 1 basket per 4 people. We have also never had this problem before. This used to be a really good restaurant. Ever since their remodel, the service keeps getting worse and worse. Even as I type this we have been sitting at a table for 15 minutes without so much as a hello or a glass of water. Get it together Red Robin. My kids love coming here, but it is getting to the point where I won't be willing to.
Service is incredibly slow...took awhile to be acknowledged and then even longer once we sat ourselves in the bar area. 2nd time with horrible service and last time we will be coming here.
So I was not happy at first came with my family for New Year's Eve dinner they forgot to call us. But I must say the manager fix the problem and made it right in many ways. Kudos to the manager on duty.Thanks to Katie
