Absolutely terrible. After waiting an hour for food, we spoke to the manager who didn't seem to care we had waited and watched them put new fries on the burger and the manager stuck his finger in my food to check for temperature! Needless to say we walked out. He admitted to doing it too! Never again.
Not bad but not the best red robin, food is okay, and service is okay. Only okay is what we have come to expect from this location, which is sad because I LOVE red robin!
