Service was great. Food was ok. Some of the meals are over priced for the amount of food you get.
Our food was not cooked. My well done burger order was rare and my nieces chicken sandwich was so undercooked it made her disgusted on the first rubbery bite to the point she lost her appetite and ate nothing at all😳 My fries were good. I took my burger home and cooked it more there! Our waiter was nice tho. It was late Saturday afternoon so it was not very busy at all so I'm not sure why they rushed our food by not finishing the cooking process! This was my first bad experience here😦

Went in last night. Second time we have been seated and no one came to table for over 10 minutes. First time we stayed and thought it was a bad night. Last night we stayed timing the visit, servers and management walked by numerous times. Mind you we were seated at a booth by the middle entrance to food line. We could see servers standing by prep line just talking. At 10 minutes we left. We have wondered why the place always looks empty. Used to be a waiting line. Will prob just stick to Louies across the river.
Great burgers, great service, enjoyed it all!! Must try is the Tavern Burgers!
Our burger was dry. I ordered garlic Parmesan fries & it barely came with any toppings. The food was "eh", but our waitress rocked!
Horrible customer service, dirty silverware, gnat in the water, asked for more "bottomless" fries never received them. Very RUDE servers.
