Food was great. Service was great. Satisfied customer.
Our server was amazing but our food was horrible. Husband found plastic on his food And my burger was made wrong and because we had already paid on the touch screen at the table we couldn't get a refund only a red robin gift card and the gift card doesn't even cover what our bill was. Needless to say it was $60 for 2 kids to eat because my husband and I didn't eat...
Asked twice for two orders of unlimited fries and never received them, beer was flat. Worst pre-birthday experience. Will not return.

Food was good service was bad . we had 10 guest food served 1 at a time not together. They mlssed 3 guest food. We had to ask 4 times for their food. It took so long they took the to go.
The burger was awesome but the bottomless fries were lacking...did not bring many out, about 12 each...but for a couple fat guys isn't bottomless...lol.
I feel like I got robbed today. We all ordered gourmet burgers that were so tiny I thought they got the order wrong. The patties are six ounces. I barely got any sweet potato fries to go along with my fancy sauce. Never offered a refill. Next time I will go to sonic where at least I know the people are rude but I won't get robbed.
It was the one of the worse experiences I have had at the restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food with an empty restaurant. Then on top of that order was wrong. I talked to GM about it and he said he would comp meal and give gift cards. He never came back to our table. Really disappointed in Red Robin!!...SMH!!!
