This location is hands down the most polite, willingness to help, and they go above and beyond for their customers! Not to mention very clean!!! And when I got embarrassed from my babies making a mess they were right there to clean it up, and made this momma less embarrassed!!! The most poorly managed restaurant I've ever been too. Every time I've gone in there's been new people which is not a good sign. Looks like the managers should start caring more about their employees instead of vacations. Good food, but horrible management.
The burgers were good & the fries are great. Service was great.
I went to the store on Riverside Dr. And was immediately seated and the waitress was very nice and brought my drink out immediately. Then my burger, which I got the royal Robin, was excellent. I will definitely be returning often!!
One of the best restaurants. Very clean, great customer service and a fantastic kids menu.
