I ordered my free birthday burger online. They charged my CC for it. When I picked it up I explained that they charged my card, they said they would refund it to my card. Well it has been three weeks and still no refund.

This was our first time ever dining at Red Robin. I will say. The service was amazing. They had two wait staff walk out on them. And they pretty much had a full house. But that didn’t stop them from keeping up with checking on us. Two gripes, 1) my sons burger didn’t come out when the rest of our order came out( we didn’t even mind, we told them it was okay) they comped his meal!
