RecommendedI had a surgery on my arm this morning. I had been craving Red Robin for days so my fiancé called in an order for us to pick up after my surgery. We checked it before we left and my order was incorrect. The extremely nice man who brought it out to us immediately fixed it, told us to keep the wrong meal, and gave us a coupon for a free desert. I absolutely loved and appreciated the amazing customer service that was given. It sure brightened my rough day. Yet another reason why Red Robin is my favorite restaurant!
So I just talked to a manager about one of their employees stealing $90 from my mother in laws credit card saying she got tipped $90 on a $15 dollar meal like seriously who does that?! He laughed unconcerned saying did you go to the one by river spirit too? I said no he said that's funny cause the same thing happened over there the same day.
I just had the best experience at red robin. Never been here before but definitely will come back. Red robin definitely takes care of there customers. Our server was named lucky and if you ever go to the one on riverside you should ask for him! They gave us free lemonades and took 10 dollars off our ticket just because they brought the appetizer with the meal (we didn't even notice or complain) super fast service.!
Food was wonderful as always, great waitress Priscilia, and they had a teacher appreciation night, how great is that!!
This is my all time favorite place. I’m vegan and gluten free and they have options! I never turn down Red Robin.
