But I'll never go on a Sat night again....to many loud kids and disconnected parents.
Awesome food, service was great on our way out we dumped our to go box of fries the hostess came over and said she would get us some new ones that was sweet or waitress was so patient and kind as well
Being in the service industry myself, I am usually the person in my party that understands the dynamics of a restaurant, and I tip more than I probably should because of that empathy. However, my experience today stressed me out to the point of complaining to management, and barely tipping. Absolutely not returning.
I had the chicken Ceasar wrap with soup & the wrap was very good. My daughter asked for fries to be brought out right away & I got fries too! I will definitely go back!

This is only my second time eating at a Red Robin and we were very pleased. Our waitress, Honey, gave us excellent service. She brought us some French fries to munch on while we waited for our meal. Our burgers were cooked to perfection. My only concern was how close our tables were. My Bansai burger was the tastiest burger I have had in a long time. I wish there were a Red Robin near where we live. It was a little costly for burgers, but they were excellent burgers.
The wait was long but food was delicious and service was amazing!
Slow service empty tables understaffed and long wait.
Last night eight of us celebrated my triplet grandkids 19 birthday had a great time and a great waiter
