Where did the beef go and the service go and where did the guest know nothing and is always wrong never again bad bad bad
We go there when in Des Moines. Is always a must stop place for my family and I to eat! Had the best service we'd ever had there yesterday, our waiters name was Jeremy!
1 burger remade 3 times, inattentive wait staff, and poor service
Took my business across the street as I tried to call four separate times last night to place a to go order. Was put on hold each time for approx 6+minutes. Third time I got a human and explained to them no one was answering at the bar (where they kept transferring me too) and she said she was would physically go to the bar to make sure someone answered. Put on hold again and still no one. Called back the fourth time and requested a manager and got placed on hold AGAIN, then hung up. Absolutely awful customer service. Thanks... read more
Just ate here today now I feel like crap and I waited 25 minutes for our bill with no drinks no refills just one refill and that was by another waitress not even ours this was when we finally got our food. We saw our waitress standing around talking while we were looking for her so we could get our bill and leave
The sauce for the onion rings was good and so was the onion rings. The burgers were not worth the price, we could make better at home. The broccoli I ordered was dry, chewy and brown in spots. Husband didn't get asked for a refill on fries. My long island was gross, way to sweet I couldn't even drink a third of it and when asked for a glass of water it arrived when I had 2 bites of burger left. No one asked how our food or drinks were. Beware!! The tablet device on the table will charge you for playing games. Unfortunately my children got a hold of it and I didn't know until we went to pay. The server was nice but the food was awful. My burger was medium rare and was supposed to be medium and it was sopping in grease, the french fries were soggy and cold. I took one bite and stopped eating. This visit was us giving them a second chance. We won't be back.
went there this evening with my family. it was the worst. they have changed. no customer service what so ever. check it out you will see what I mean. I will never go there again.....
People were nice. However, the cleanliness of the place was questionable. We sat at the bar and there were fruit flies and a very strong odor. Like the bar wasn't clean or trash wasn't taken out. We moved to a table but the tables in the bar area were not cleaned up. Food and gross napkins on the floor and table. It just wasn't worth the money you pay. Usually I really like Red Robin but this time I was pretty disappointed and grossed out by the lack of cleanliness. It smelled like a dirty dive bar. :(
