So me and my family ate here last night and when I tell you Service was horrible it was. It was are first time eating here and I couldn't believe how the service was are waitress was goof ball that kept walking awau from us to talk to other waitress had to get up and find her to ask about are food then when she finally brings are meal it was cold and not well done like we both ask. So now we had to wait another 20min for another sandwich the kids still haven't received their meal yet then had the to tell me she made a mistak... read more
Got here at 5, many open tables but we have waited over 40 minutes for food?? Unacceptable! It's not easy containing a three year old in a booth for an hour with no food. Not family friendly!
I was really disappointed in the chicken tortilla soup and salad combination. I expected there to be at least three to four ounces of chicken in a bowl of soup, but there were three pieces, small pieces and the salad was okay except it was falling off the plate when the waitress brought it. There wasn't enough protein for a $10 plate of food.
Waited for our food for an hour. Wrong order. Only gave it a 2 because the food was pretty good once we got everything right. Most of the wait staff did not seem to have customer service attitudes and seemed like most of the other diners were feeling the same frustrations.
Well the service was great but sadly the cooks couldn't get my burger right after 2 tries! :(
Myself and family was there on wed. Worst time ever. The food was cold and when they brought us more fries they were even cold. What's the deal?
I loved it!! Waitress, Honey treated us wonderful!! So many choices on the menu, will be back again .. great beer choices!!
My family and I had a very bad experience tonight not only did we wait for our food for an hour one of the meals was burnt and had to be recooked and of all things it was grilled cheese for a 8 year old. By the time the grilled cheese showed everyone else was done eating and we had to ask several times for drink refills. Unfortunatly I don't think we will be going back.
Burgers are always juicy and delicious. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault!
