Who's idea was it to renovate this great home town location? You should fire them! The place was humid and smelled like a greasy dive as soon as we walked in. Then the new logistics were horrible! Tables crammed so close together there was no privacy for anyone, wait staff was leading patrons through tables in the bar area in a zig zag maze. Over 20 minutes to get our drinks. Ordered an appetizer…that never came. My burger was alright, my wife wasn't impressed with her burger. Her sangria was straight wine dumped over ice(which had almost all melted by the time she got it) with 2 lemon and 2 lime slices in it. She said it was the worst one she had ever had. Definitely not worth the money that we had to pay for the meal. Won't be coming back
This is my favorite burger place. Great service (usually) and think Rick is the best manager we have ever had at any eating establishment. When I get to choose where to eat, this is my go to place. With that said, we are here today and we are NOT happy with the service or the food. We tip really, REALLY well, however, servers you should know your tip is based on how well you do.
So impressed every time! Did you know kids get unlimited mac and cheese?! Fantastic waitress!
Poor service. Had to ask for our beverages several times, then they brought the wrong one. No ketchup, had to get one from another table. Asked for Mayo several times. Did not offer refills on beverages or fries.
Food is nothing special and not worth the drive from Des Moines. The management is also very poor at their job.
I tried the whisky bbq burger was amazing the server was friendly! Would defiantly come back again

i loved the whiskey burger-i also got bottle of there seasoning blend-and its excellent on pork chops-sprinkle on chops-then dip in flour and salt pepper and onion powder-very good
