Was not too happy with the service. Had to ask for napkins as the server was running by and got a Yep. No one asked how we liked our food. As we were leaving there were several servers at the front, not one said Thank You or Come Back. So we probably won't be back.
Our server Liz practically ignored us. She got my friends order wrong. And when we asked for another round of fries she brought two regular fries. My friend had regular fries and I had sweet potatoe fries. We both have serving back grounds. So we get it. That 5/5:30 rush. But this was ridiculous. We see she's half bartending half takin tables. It was delish, have been there several times, luv their steak fries also!
The BEST waitress we have had anywhere in a long time! Always love the food. My mom enjoyed the chili. We loved the onion rings. I always get the Bleu Ribbon and never disappointed. Awesome milkshakes.
Slow service, rude management and staff, and poorly equipped bathrooms (stalls don't shut). If you have kids, expect the manager and staff not to check on you.
I just left Red Robin in West Des Moines, Iowa. Sat for a half hour and couldn't get anyone to even take a drink order. Pushed the "call server" button on kiosk 3 times with light flashing and no help. Busses and waiters all around us and nobody would even look our direction. We will not be back!
Service sucked!!!! We had 3 different servers and didn't know what they were doing Food wasn't all that great at our last visit Idk if new management, but it's gone down hill from our previous visits
Worst experience ever! Sat ourselves at the bar because no one greeted us. Watched our appetizer be in the window for 20 minutes which came out cold and with onions even though we asked for it without. Saw a small child fall in a puddle of standing water which finally made the manager magically appear. Had to leave before we got out entrees it was so bad.
This place took forever to get service. I hate waiting so long. As well. The endless fries never arrived.
