After a long day, we arrived to find that they ran out of Guiness for their Irish shake, and discontinued my favorite burger and second favorite shake. Change is fine, but nothing I came there for was available.
Service was great. Food was great, clean. Was surprised when the bill came it was double what we normally pay do to computer problem, but was fixed and explained what very quickly. This will not be a reason will not stop us from going back.
First time eating there burger was great and the place had a good atmosphere will go back again everyone was very friendly
The service was good and my chicken sandwich was great, however there was some false advertising on their menu. I'm not someone who likes fries so I ordered the fresh fruit. However the only fruit that tasted and looked fresh were the apples. I was told that they had fresh apples, oranges, pineapple and strawberries. However the oranges were canned and the strawberries were the frozen ones. Server was awesome!!! Which doesn't happen very often. The food was quite good... We had to wait for the host at the front for longer than anyone should...
Arrived at 8:00 and had to wait until 8:30 because I was part of a party of 10. My issue is with the food. We ordered a plate of nachos from their appetizer menu, and we (my husband and I) paid $7 + tax for a plate of plain tortilla chips and a 1/3 cup of avocado 🥑 and a 1/3 cup of red salsa divided by a single chip. When you have to wait 15-20 minutes at 4:45 on a Saturday and there are 10 open, clean booths, it is frustrating. There is zero reason why it's not immediate seating. I like Red Robin but this is getting ridiculous. And yet, it's immediate seating in the bar...
OMG, worst Red Robin I have ever been to. Tried to call an order in but no one answers the phone. Order the food there...no cheese on my burger, no ranch dressing even after I ask them to make sure and get reassured that yes, there is ranch dressing for the fries. This place deserves to go out of business
Customer service and food was awesome😘🤗party of 10 and didn't wait long for a table and no one was unsatisfied
