First time I was here in over 9 years on Veterans Day so I was glad to get a Free burger 🍔 n fries 🍟 after having a hectic crazy chaotic day.. The food was delicious 😋 n yummy however it sucked to wait for A lil half hour after not getting to go Texas Roadhouse because of over an hour wait as well..
Mackenzie was our excellent server during a busy Saturday lunch rush on a big college football day. My husband and I went for his Veteran's day lunch. She did not treat us any different than regular customers. In fact, she treated us better. She was always offering us more bottomless fries and refills on water. Even though she was busy and we were getting a free lunch (with exception of beverages), Mackenzie gave us the best service we had on Veteran's day.
We had a great waitress, sorry don’t remember her name, ahnd great food. Our waitress was very friendly and kidded and teased right along with my husband . Definitely a good place to go.
We have eaten at Red Robin several times and have always had a good experience. Great food at great prices and you get rewards for eating there
I had the 4 cheese grilled cheese. It was so dry, it was hard to swallow. My son had the taco burger, liked it a lot. Fries were good. Waitress was nice.
Food was good but would have better if it had been HOT! Kitchen doesn’t appear to be very organized at all. Food sat on waiting to be picked up wayyyyyyyyy to long. Hope they were just having an off day because I really like their food and want to go back for a better meal.
Waited nearly an hour for our food, to have it arrive cold and LITERALLY every persons order was wrong. And then they tried to charge us for everything that was wrong. Not impressed at all.
Food tasted great, short handed on service, even though they were apologetic about it, once we got our food that was it, no bottomless fry refills and only one last minute drink refill while I was paying the bill. Hopefully only a one time thing. The family loves this place, but the slow service due to not enough staff put a kink in the visit.
I wish I remembered the name of our waiter because he was FANTASTIC!!! Food was excellent as well. :)
