RecommendedThe server was nice and professional. The food was OK. I was a little disappointed with the bottomless fries, but I kind of expected them to be served strategically in small portions.
resturant was dirty. bathroom was too. waited forever for a server. it wasn't that busy. portions very small. lots dirty tables. stuff on floors.
Love the Banzai Burger and garlic herb fries. It’s my husbands favorite place.
OK, I'm a vegetarian, so my choices here are a bit limited. However, any place with bottomless garlic fries AND bottomless root beer floats is high on my list. That, plus a decent grilled cheese sandwich, gets four stars (and maybe a bit more).
Thank you Red Robin for your Teachers and Bus Drivers appreciation lunch. This was my first time eating here and the food was delicious.
My daughter ordered her cheeseburger with no lettuce & with sweet potatoe fries, but it came with lettuce & steak fries. Our server was quick to rectify the problem & was a great waitress! Other than that, the food was great! Everyone from the hostesses to our server were extremely friendly! It's rare you find an entire staff so friendly! Management is doing their job! We had a large group, 23 people. Our server was fantastic. Attentive, friendly, accurate and funny. He even went as far as helping usvtake a photo of our large group. Food was very good and cooked to our order. We will definitely be back to the West Des Moines location when we're in town. Yummm
First time there and last. Good was horrible. Buns were so old that they fell apart when you grab the burger to eat it. They give you 8 to 10 fries and never come back to give you more. So much for bottomless fries. It was a Tuesday evening and about 5 customers there but the service was horrible. The place was dirty and table sticky. I do not recommend anyone to go there. B-Bops is way better.
Came with a large group. Waited for more than an hour and 20 minutes as we watched 2 groups our size leave and still we sit and wait. Countless customers who came in after us have eaten and left, still we sit here.
