It was our first time to eat at Red Robin, and it will definitely be our LAST. On Tuesday night, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait, but instead waited 25 minutes. The host was awful. He forgot about a couple, and she finally told them they had been there longer than either of the last two groups, and she only have two people. Excellent burger, bottomless fries— were very good. Service was great! Friendly staff from check in throughout meal! Hostess wished us a safe drive home as we were leaving. I’ll keep coming back over and over!
Was told 40 min wait with half the tables empty. Sat down and server took our order while looking around at other tables. Sprite was flat but couldnt get it changed because the server never came around until our food was there. Food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while which is possible considering how long it took. She didnt bring our dipping sauces until 10 minutes after we got our food. The service here was totally terrible!! The food tasted good though, just wish it was warmer.
My experience tonite was terrible. No towels in the women's bathroom. When told to the manager he asked me not to put it on social media. Do your job and it's not a problem. I have video corporate if you're at all concerned. You need locals and not just out of towers. Sad. It use to be a great place
The food is still yummy but the service is horrible compared to when it first opened. Silverware was so spotty it looked dirty, I handed mine back and asked for clean. My husbands beer glass wasn’t much better. We waited well over 5 min for our server to come introduce herself and get our drink orders, by then we were ready to order. I could understand if they were busy but it was nonstop social hour up by the bar and the mgr did nothing about it. Very disappointed chicken sandwich tasted like chicken had been sitting around to long n had weird taste. The upside was the Cobb salad was awesome
Ordered gluten free lettuce wrapped burger with fries.. have been sick since..ugh
